Christian, Thanks for the note. I noticed you mentioned LOW as one of the companies that recently adopted a shareholder rights plan. Lowes (LOW) announced the plan on Thursday, and Friday the stock price was down over three points at one time during the day, even though it didn't close that low. Could the announcement of such a plan cause a selloff? Just wondering, and thanks again, Phil
