No, I was actually taken by surprise by that and would really love to know why with 69M shares outstanding they needed to add 600K more. If they did this to appease shorts then that doesn't say much for the short squeeze does it?

Yes, I believe this to be true because I've been told this by several people who actually had it happen to them. They were separate and distinct instances, which indicates to me a pattern.

why dont you just say you think aznt never paid wellrich commision on the shares they sold and thats reason for suit

Actually, from what I understand, AZNT actually sold those shares, not WellRich. All WellRich did was make calls and pass those names on to AZNT. AZNT was always in possession of those shares and collected all the money.

can you prove anything or do you just hint at your theories

"Prove" is such a subjective word. Since SI is not a court of law, I suppose I can never really "prove" anything, especially to people like bmart who choose to just ignore reality. However, I certainly am in possession of documents that I would characterize as "smoking guns". For example, I posted the Brazilian license for all to see it was not exclusive in any way. Whether I post any more material depends on whether I have permission to do so.
