Jim,
I think you may be right about that! I noticed Friday at one point the DOW, was down big..Nasdq, was down not too much, and the Russel was up...Weve been down a Looooooong time in the small caps, we know value is there in alot of these companies. Most of them US companies, with little or no exposure to the many crisis that are effecting the bigger issues.. I have a huge shopping list....let the wheel turn! >gg<
