This looks promising. According to the two latest form S-8's. They are issuing 100,000 shares each to Financial Public Relations Consultants Gregory S. Leone and Innovative Financial Strategies. Leone is based in CA and Innovative is out of FL. (an attempt to cover both coasts?) Has anyone ever heard of these guys? Hopefully they will do their job and spread the good word about ARXA. Does anybody know if these are new shares or are they assigning some that ARXA is already holding?
