Mr. Cavalry,
The riddle is how people will sit back and even entertain Mr. Mitchell's and Mr. Shell's allegations that there was an arbitration hearing thursday (Ms. Shell) or friday ( Mr. Mitchell) without performing the diligence to discover what I have. You, nor myself are here to provide information for these bashers to exploit. As you can see, they took unverified information from Wellrich and presented it as facts. They had shareholders running around like chickens with their heads cut-off. It was a long holiday week-end, very difficult to perform diligence. Yet I was able to discover that the story is bogus, as was Mr. Mitchell's court case story concerning Gary Sylver.
I won't play that game Mr. Cavalry. I will refute what is simply not true, like I just did, but I am not a toy, I will not be played with.
I respect you and the great job you are doing here. I respect you very much. This is not my thread just because I was here before you. I only hope that you understand that certain individuals are not here for the lively art of conversation, nor am I , I am here to see that my investment is not harmed by groups of individuals whoo wish to do it harm. They are not serious about diligence. Use the arbitration claims as a example.
