I know reverse splits do not work most of the time, but what else WILL the company do? If Arif was going to retire some of his shares, it would be done already. If the company was gong to do some open market buying don't you think they'd be doing it at these bargain basement prices? and they're not. Most of you have already said that it cannot go much lower. Was that because it can't go past zero or the company has been beat up enough? Why do you hold on if you think the stock would fall after a 1 for 10 reverse split? There would be no difference if the current price went from $.12 to $.10 or from $1.20 to $1.00 after the split. If you don't think the company will go down much further than $.10, why do you think it would go below $1.00 after the split. If it did wouldn't you long term holders look at that as a buying opportunity or a short term play by momentum players? Also if there were only 7,000,000 outstanding and a lesser amount of float, wouldn't that help jump start the price appreciation when the company announces its good news (as you longs believe will happen)? Couldn't this stock at $1.00 go up if good news creates demand for the stock?
