NovaDx today announced the termination of discussions with Reaads Medical Products of Colorado due to strategic considerations and other opportunities presented to NovaDx.
NovaDx has signed a letter of intent with another diagnostic company for a comprehensive joint venture to develop, manufacture, and sell osteoporosis blood tests. The final agreement is expected by the end of the year.
