Maybe...
But check the charts for how DELL has done after splits before: and that was during a raging bull market, not a faltering trembling cubby market. I love DELL and it is my major holding but I still think I'll get those (sadly, panicky) sold shares back cheaper than 50.
But time will tell. Patience does not seem to be my best virtue: maybe I'll learn to be patient while I wait for the price to recede.

In any case if it goes up all those other shares I have go up too so I'll have more buying power to get the flown ones back.

Are you an options specialist? My accountant tells me only one of her clients who trades options ever makes anything on them: all the others lose so she is worried about it (for me).
