Troy: I hope you are right. But if you were the MIS person for a large corporation and had to choose a company to provide these services, you might think twice about a company that had a pending lawsuit in which it was alleged that the software destroyed data in someone's system. Whether or not there is any merit to the allegations, I can't imagine that the very existence of the complaint wouldn't at least hurt sales somewhat. If we are ready to tough it out, the price is about as low as it has ever been in the last three years. Good time to average down if you believe this one is going places in a while. Walter High
