Mr. Martin, I'm curious if Mr. tonto is such a civil servant, Why hasn't he forwarded those email transmissions he procured with insider information to the company, or any regulatory agency yet? ------------------ To: bmart (2187 ) From: tonto Thursday, Aug 27 1998 3:35PM ET Reply # of 3866 We know via company sources that Monsanto supposedly will be inking a $250,000,000 contract with AZNT. This information which may fall in line of insider knowledge, if true, since the details have been released as to the structure of the deal. Monsanto has been mentioned by shareholders, the structure of the deal is being discussed freely via e-mails, and if true will be fabulous for the company. It may effect the shareholders who bought in knowing about this before hand, if it is true. The company hopefully will comment on this. -------------------- RB
