One idea I had recently was to concentrate on the emerging market countries next to wealthy country/countries(US, Western Europe), hoping some of the wealth would rub off(trade, travel, manufactoring....). I wonder what kind of valuations does each region hold now after the tumble(P/E, Price/Book.....). John
