Lund's Board seat? Thought it was O'Gorman or Sandford that was on Avcorp's board. I've heard nothing, but then again that would be normal. Do you think one of these companies could handle the acquisition of the other? If so, which one would be the likely acquiror, and why (both of their web sites indicate they are looking to acquire other companies). It would have to be a friendly acquisition or merger, it would seem to me. I can certainly see some possible synergies and economies. Would be interesting to watch. Acquisitions/mergers don't always lead to higher share price, though (witness Tellabs-Ciena). #\|~}>
