**************WARRANTS***********************

Lets lead this new thread off by answering the current question on all the shareholders minds.

The previously announced Warrants in the 6/1/98 CVIA press release.

The Mechanics of the warrants.

1. The Warrants will remain private, not for public trading.

2. There will be one warrant issued for each common share of CVIA stock owned on the date of record 6/1/98. These are post 300 to 1 reverse split shares.

3. These warrants will be active upon distribution and you can use them ANYTIME from the time you receive them (or credited with them) until the expiration date of 6/1/98. After that any un-used warrants expire worthless.

4. These warrants give you the right to buy 1 common share of CVIA stock for $3, directly from the company.

To do this you will need to
a).Inform your broker and let them handle it,
b).Actually mail the warrant and the check directly to CVIA.

5. If a warrant is received in street name (by a brokerage) you will get street name stock. If a warrant is physically mailed, you will receive registered stock certificates.
