CIO's can no longer justify their "head-in-the-sand" attitude about ODBMS technology. Every company has, and has had for years, the same need that Dell is solving with Objectstore. With only a $140M base, I really see the market growth exponential in the next several years--beginning in 1998. RDBMS technology is an inhibitor to optimizing application efficiency in the intranet and internet space towards which all companies are rapidly moving. I've said before how it amazes me that the valuations of the "plumbing" vendors have not been recognized while portals go wild.
