Ken ,,,, That's exactly right ,,,FXWA right now is 71/2 dollars put up by the purchase of shs by ARET in a stock swap with FXWA ... They own land in Nevada .. a building with 10 slot machines ,, a gas station ,,, amotel,,, this is a truck stop .....so what ever developes NUOA will be in control ,, but we have a chance to get on NASDAQ..Another point is NUOA has an office in the BAHAMAS,,,,,We'll have to see what developes ,, with the 7,000,000 shs .....This is supposed to be a 180 million dollar deal.. in the long run ,,,,with FXWA paying NUOA .. I guess with any proceeds from Tunisian revenues ..... but it is a way to get on to NASDAQ.....also they have 6,000,000 wts that would give NUOA 85 %
% control .. Ken , if you want to post this ,, OK I would advise every one to be careful,,This could be terriffic for NUOA shareholders ,,, But still BEWARE.. AL Also their looking for a deal .. on the Las Vegas Strip ........????? Take a wait & see attitude... |
