Mike, definitely not trying to pee on anyone's parade just squash unnecessary hype and rumors being spread by the whoevers for the whatever. (Its my job as head hyperbuster). I spoke with Vice President of Exploration for Asarco on Friday. (He's one of the top dogs). He has never heard of Medinah/Sierra La Plata and knows of nothing, especially 11 miles of IP being done in Chile. Another shareholder spoke with someone else in New York, also same office, they said the same thing. He also talked with the office in CHILE. That office confirmed the same thing, that they knew of no 11 miles of IP occurring out of their office. If it was and Asarco or any of their employees were involved they would know about it.
Anyone can draw conclusions from the above DD. Is ASARCO playing hush-hush or been instructed to keep it quiet from the halls of New York HQ to the mountains of Chile. IMO and Moo, but I don't think so. These guys were extremely corgial and willing to help in anyway. I don't think they were hiding anything or being deceptive. I believe if AR was involved, the VP that I spoke with (whose credentials are impeccable by the way) would have simply stated he couldn't discuss because of a Non disclosure. That wasn't the case. Another office in the states was also very helpful, and said even if they signed a non disclosure they could at least say so. So Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
It seems strange that we hav migrated from one rumor to another, from one major to another and still we sit at .10 cents. We have also become members of the "promotion firm of the month" club. Thats all fine and dandy if one was a flipper trying to take advantage of the ol pump and dump schemes the Vancouver Elite are well known for. (IMO this could never happen in the US...lol!!!)
We are told to believe in nothing but the news releases and accept that everytime our share count goes up which by the way are we at about 70,000,000 fully diluted yet?. Management continues to hide behind a "NON DISCLOSURE" much like our government hides behind "national security". I was told the the AGM would be friendly, I am beginning to seriously doubt that. Next week although a short one will be crunchnuts time. NOMINEES to the board need to be finalized, as well as instructions to disgruntled shareholders on how to vote their proxies. With as much hype/rumors/BS as the long timers have had to endure, it will have to be one hell of a AGM magic show to avoid litigation at this point (just my opinion).

You would think the Vancouver boys would send me a non disclosure to sign by now. Ha! As I said to Doc the other day...Hardball time!

:-)
