Janice, I think it must be Stevia we are talking about here. With no R&D budget, and by the statement of their own accountant :

The Company believes it is not required to comply with regulations
promulgated by the Food & Drug Administration and other U.S. Government agencies, that regulate food products, their sale and distribution. [If] the Company's position is not correct such non compliance could seriously effect the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

It seems hardly likely that they have had or currently have the resources to have this testing or any registration of a new substance that is "as far away from Stevia as possible" accomplished.
