This is a bear market for small and micro-caps. I have a number of these stocks selling at depressed valuations, yet for the most part fundamentals haven't changed. CHGO will do well in time, it just requires a lot of patience. For this area (Fairfield County, CT), $575K is not high for a house near the beach. In my town, Westport, the average house sells for $770K, and near the beach many of the houses go for $5 Million Plus. I wish there was a BJs here. I am convinced that the combination of top quality deep dish pizza and micro-brewed beer would be a big hit.
