f this is true, and I repeat "IF", then Amazon will certainly be investigated by the SEC
and their stock will collapse under the weight of shareholder lawsuits. "IF" this is true, it
is fraud of the highest magnitude.


There are lots of ifs. The real problem is Baker and Taylor is not a public company. No 10Qs from them. I just state there is a pattern and it began after the 5 million shares were authorized for acquisitions and then Baker and Taylor were listed in Amazon's next 10Q as a 10% owner. There was never a filing by Baker and Taylor to buy 10%. It is unusual is all and nothing more at this point.
