It's an early investor taking profits on a regular basis. I don't see anything telling about
it.

William,

I am missing one item and then I would see nothing telling about it either. As of March 1998 quarter, B & K was not listed as a 10% stock holder of Amazon. The 10Q for the March quarter authorized 5 million shares of stock for acquisitions. The 10Q for June 1008 indicated B & K was a 10% owner of Amazon. However, I cannot find a 144 showing stock purchase by B & T between Mar and June 1998 and for that matter ever. Starting July, 1998, B & K has sold various numbers of shares of Amazon by the 10th of the following month that would equivilate in dollar amounts to the projected amount Amazon would owe B & K for merchandise. The number of shares sold are not the same each month nor even really round numbers.

I have one unanswered question. How did B & K become a 10% owner of Amazon between March, 1998 and June, 1998 without filing a 144? The sell monthly is pure speculation. I admit to that. It is just coincidental. I would feel better about the investment angle if you could just point me to the 144 showing B & K bought about 5 million shares of Amazon which is the required number to be a 10% owner.
