-----------Senior Executive Changes at VCON---------------

Two former VTEL executives, Bob Romano and Gordon Daugherty,
have moved to join the VCON management team. Bob Romano
will take on the position of President of VCON, Inc. and
Gordon Daugherty will represent VCON as Senior Vice President
of Marketing and Business Development. Both will be at the
DVC'98 Fall in their new roles. Between now and then, however,
there are big plans.
