Phil,

I view information in two ways, it's value day-to-day (economic numbers are generally in this class) and it's value as a catalyst ( Zippergate, possibility of another cold war, etc).

This market is not much different than it was a year ago except for the two catalysts mentioned above... which have MUCH greater affect than general numbers.

Interest is probably more of a catalyst.

These three catalysts I view as positive going into Tuesday and therefore will probably have a much greater affect on the minds of investors than many are ascribing.

And this is within the backdrop of generally bearish market action and a buy the dip mentality which I believe will take more of a correction to change than what we have had thus far.
