To all: MUST ACT Please email or PM Jim with your share count/ vote preference this coming week. This info will remain confidential. If you also have a nominee and thoughts on a BOARD MEMBER either mention it to Jim or post publicly. If Gary can asure me of no liabilites from any lawsuits from previous board decisions then I am considering, even though I can think of many more intelligent types. I am a fast learner and don't take sh*t off of no one. I believe we should either shoot for a new complete slate or at least three new additional ones. Tenacity is tatooed on my pecker. Actually it reads "Tenacity is more than a virtue it is a vision of those that want to succeed in life" LOL! and no it will not be on display at the annual meeting. :-)
