I think that's some sort of parody, but I'm not sure.

Whenever I see grotesque remarks of this sort, the first thought I have is Oh dear God, please don't let the parents of Schwerner and Goodman (remember Chaney, Schwerner and Goodman?) see this.

Those poor people. Their sons' martyrdom has been turned into a corrupt joke.
