Michael,
Looks like you've presented some good arguments about why, although global surface temperatures are in fact increasing, it is hard to pinpoint the direct cause of global warming. Do you agree that greenhouse gas emissions are increasing? Are you open to the theory that greenhouse gas emissions may be contributing to increasing surface temperatures, or do you think it has been proven there is no correlation? Do you think it would be beneficial to reduce greenhouse gas emissions if it could be done at no cost? How about if it could be done cheaply, say for less than $1/person in the USA?

You have been arguing that there is no absolute proof of the connection between the increasing surface temperatures and greenhouse gas emissions, and I agree with you on that. But based on your references, it is also not possible to rule out the connection either. So I'm curious if you're concerned about increasing surface temperatures, and if so, what price are you willing to pay to solve the problem?

Craig
