Mr. Jhild,
If you have problems with the FDA's criteria for substances that require FDA approval, I suggest you petition them for changes that would meet your approval.
It was I who made the claim of "hybrid" after reading Dr. Lorrichio's research. It was a mistake of me to use that verbage and I recanted. The company, and the research, both state emphatically, TON is not stevia. I apologize for my poor phraseology.
The only "hype" I see Mr. Jhild has come from bashers claiming "arbitration hearings", "judgements", and wrong doings by Mr. Gary Sylver. These claims are all hype, all lies and sensationalism, yet you have no problem with those false claims. Very strange.
