stanley new....Agreed, everybody is guessing at this point as to the what may happen. Read my earlier posts to gain perspective on my inclination. Honestly, I would be thrilled for this stock to rise between $10-20 which is close to its real fair market value. However, if you've followed the argument for the short story, you will eventually become a believer that it exists. How the naked short position will be resolved is guesswork, but it is not inconceivable for the stock to rise to levels well above the FMV. Others have speculated that it may be as high as 20xFMV. This is where the high numbers have recently emerged. My previous thoughts have been to use this forum as a sounding board to establish an exiting strategy in my mind. I am confident that this stock will at least rise to its FMV. A more likely scenario is that it will rise higher than its FMV as the forced coverage of the short position occurs....then it may fall back to the FMV. With the rights issues always lurking in the background to complicate the decision making process, this stock may take a long time to fall back to the FMV after a short squeeze. I simply don't know what will happen, but I don't want to leave a substantial amount of profits on the table before I sell. Again, I know there are those who deem this all as hype, but to ignore the above described situation may be fiscally irresponsible IMO.
