PartyTime, thanks for sympathizing with me at least. You have been a humanitarian to everyone on this thread, and seem to be able to appreciate how everyone comes from a different background and perspective (even those with whom I have disagreed). That is an admirable quality.

Curtains has some well-meaning points, too, I am sure, although his/her attempt to understand my perspective and my practice are lame. I have practiced law for 25 years, but have a normal life too. I am not a robot, calculating how much "billing time" is lost when I go to the bathroom, or take a long lunch, or go to a movie, or write a letter to a friend, or pursue a potentially scumbag penny stock company. I devote whatever time is necessary to accomplish my goal. I can't be driven by $$$ alone. Frankly, that is not a significant motivating factor for me.

Now, remember 2 other points:

1. I don't mean to be dispensing legal advice to any one. I have made regular disclaimers against this. I have read very tiny portions of the Utah corporation act a couple of times in my life. I am a novice re Utah law. I am a notice penny stock investor. I am a novice internet fan. I have a lot to learn. I admittedly have a skill in certain areas, but so what. I probably would appear to be "retarded" in many other facets where other posters excel. I sent my own letters to management of Zulu, and every one else can do what they want. I will not write anything for any one, but you can see what I have done and do what you want with my work product.

2. Zulu/ESVS may very turn out to be a good investment, in the long run. Management may have good intentions, and doesn't know how to show them. Even though there are overlapping members of management, and ESVS seems to be getting all of the breaks, we don't know for sure how dastardly (if at all) management has been to Zulu without the financials. And, all of the secrecy, delays, confusion, etc., may have a perfectly good explanation. On a probability scale, things are looking awfully fishy to me. But, who knows for sure? I don't. This may be one of those times when the unusual, the oddball, the questionable, and even the extraordinary events over the past 8 months can be fully and logically explained, and accounted for.

P.S. My SI and Yahoo "identities" are going to take a break for a while. I have spoken my peace. You know where I stand. My e-mail address is known to those who wish to reach me. I don't want my comments or ideas to be overstated or over-emphasized, and at times I feel they have been. That is unfortunate and unwise.

Bye all, and good luck!!
