Janice, I see Sylver has been sued as early as 1990 and as late as 1997, 10 times in all. Even worse, those are just the judgments he lost and/or have already been settled, unless, of course, every suit against him has been settled and he has lost every one.

If he can't manage his own checkbook, it's no wonder he's having problems managing those 70 million outstanding shares. Bounce a few checks, cancel a few shares, same difference if you're the one not getting paid, don't you think? Do you suppose Atty Robert Qualey knows about Sylver's record? How about Bgtit?
