Bill - The market is still extremely oversold and rise of 500 Indu pts is very likely. The most bearish scenario is for a protracted (2 months) trading range between Indu 7500-8300 or S&P 950-1050 with declining channel (right shoulder) to the end of October. At that time, the head and shoulder would be completed. Can such formation still be called head and shoulder? Any thoughts what will happen then?
