I don't understand your meanderings about legal advisory notice., or even what you are trying to say.Once you institute legal action in any situation it takes on a life of its own, the mere discussion on this thread about legal action has caused even more negativity than existed before. It is based on ill-founded waffling and there is no basis in fact for any action. I hardly think one could anticipate filing a lawsuit for "Not having as much P>R> as the web-thread people would like". It is likely in my view as analyst that once all the co. components are under ESVS, the market will stabalize, and everyone will be happy. One would have to extend the view that companies never go anywhere on the BB, and only succeed once they make the move to NASDAQ or AMEX. Lets wait and see this week, and stop the lawsuit chatter!! ???
