What you prove is that you haven't read the court documents and have been enlightened to what has been proven "beyond the shadow of a doubt."
Wellrich acted as a broker when they are not licensed to do so. With the money procured from illegally selling securities they opened a bank account. They informed AZNT the money was to cover more stock to be sent to them. AZNT forwarded the stock. Wellrich sold the stock and pocketed the money. This has been proven in court, haven't you heard?
