joe, Just saw a Nasdaq commercial today, and 3Com was the company that was being marketed as a premier company listed on Nasdaq. I have seen this commercial before with Intel as the Nasdaq listed company. Pretty good marketing (free) for 3Com. 3Com should definitely have an up day on Tuesday now. :-) Matt
