RNTK -- Management says they think it will be a deal by end of Sept. No clue why they would even mention a deadline given how much speculation is in this stock and that the deal is essentially beyond their control at this point. I've only started following this stock since Feb, and back in March when asked, Investor Relations said the deal was 2 months away minimum and would not even begin to guess when it would be done. I spoke with IR 2 weeks ago and they confirmed that, indeed they hope the deal will be done 2 - 3 weeks from now. I think it is a foregone conclusion that it will be a done deal, but I have no clue when it will really be announced. Many things could happen to delay it.

My advice to play this stock:

Buy some. Hold until the 18th or the 21st (unless the stock closes under 7/8). Then sell most or all. If the deal is really imminent, the stock will be near $2 by the 18th. Not a bad gain for 2 weeks is a volatile market.

The stock is not acting like they have signed a sweet deal, but then again, the stock is definitely not acting like the deal is off either.

EXSO ... has anyone spoken to Razorbak about his adventures now that he seems to be posting on SI ? I seriously doubt there is anything he can tell us which would damage the stock price at this point. Maybe he can give us the inside skinny. Lord know I've paid the price for a ticket.
