Interest rates still going lower? Dr. Ed Yardeni, Chief Economist at Deutsche Bank is forecasting a long bond rate of 5.0% by year-end 1998, 4% by YE 1999, and 3% by YE 2000 FWIW, I plan to keep my variable mortgage for the indefinite future. Dennis
