Bilberry - Here's another "positive" you forgot on your list. It's PSI's having obtained ISO 9001 certification this year. If anyone is now saying, "so what?", perhaps a little background on what ISO 9001 means would be helpful: fastresponse.com Read the various sections of this site. Here's an interesting point they make: Why are a lot of people talking about ISO? Because customers generally perceive ISO registered firms as being successful, competent and industry leaders.
