>>>When the signing happens, they MUST
announce it promptly. SEC regulations<<<

Not exactly true Howard. To my knowledge, the SEC has never sanctioned a company for not releasing news. It is on the books but not enforced. The reason is that it is easy for a company to escape by claiming lack of authorization to release. In other words, just because TX signs the agreement does not mean RNTK can put out a press release. They need TX permission. So if TX signs on September 20 by way of example and an announcement does not come until October, nothing anyone can do about it because all RNTK would have to say is that TX did not authorize the release until that date. In any event, I would not expect a delay of any significance between a signing date and release date.
