What are you talking about ? In time of recessio, companies may cut something, like the work force ...etc, but something will definitely not be cut, i.e things to increase productivity for the next cycle ot up trend. You definitely are not a decision maker in
corp America.

We have been in a bear market since last Oct., just look at the the broader picture, more than 50% of the small to medium cap stocks has dropped more than 50% since last Aug, and some large cap also dropped seriously. Only those large cap stocks with strong products and market positions has weathered the storm, and CSCO is one of them. Why do you say that CSCO has never been traded in a bear market ? Now lot of stocks has touched the bottom, and only waiting for the catalyst to reverse the trend, i.e the comming rate cut !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
