There are enough facts and charges on the Oilex board on AOL and on Silicon Investors to give you an open and shut case against ALLEN BURDITT.
He sold shares secretly in Canada without reporting that he was an affiliate and holder in Oilex and more recently in Caye Chapel. He issued false and misleading reports to pump the stock while he was selling.
He never disclosed insider transactions while he was the real manager and party in control of the company, as he used people to appear to be Directors in his two scams, Oilex INC (OLEX) and Caye Chapel (CAYC)
He churned and pumped the shares in TANC which is now called PWRX, when he purchased the shell. He bought shares in one account at higher and higher prices, while he was selling in an other account. The broker confirmations clearly confirm this operation.
Please read the internet boards. Then I will be available for further communication. all on AOL.com, can give you personal facts and experiences. AND some posters have a complete file . This case is a clear violation of securities laws and a scam that caused investors considerable loss. On July 21,1998 a hostile take over was completed and the company records are available. In addition, John Fahy, of the Texas Securities Board has considerable data that he has accumulated. He can be reached at 713-781-1094 fax 713-781-1097 |
