cjp0531, Yes, a couple of people did answer, but I personally feel that those 40K shares are very significant to Frank Livingston. They may mean very little to the float, but to the manager of a fairly small chemical manufacturing Co., I assure you they mean "something". For what reason he needs the funds could be for anything from tuition for the kids, a rock for the honey, a new home, all the way up to he knows the deal is near. JMHO and I guess time will tell..
