Received a reply from the company...annual meeting scheduled for Oct. tenatively the ...........31st. all for now... spent last week in Lexington KY for a horse mounted seminar, so am just catching up. take care, Gordon to wit: Gordon: We have tentatively set the annual meeting for Saturday October 31. We do not have the final 1997 audit but expect to have in about 10 days. As of Monday a week ago, inquiries to the bank, lawyer, and transfer agent were complete. The auditor has a draft of all of his required work papers, and for notes to the statements. However, he wanted another two or three weeks for analysis and verification. ********So it would seem that the audit process, painfully slow as it is, is moving forward....lets look forward to the Oct. 31st meeting.
