On the multiuser NT mailingl list there was a rumor floating around that a large petroleum company had challenged Microsoft on WTS licensing The info posted was rather sketchy. Apparently the petroleum company was a large account and was upset over the fact that there was no concurrent-user licensing for WTS. They bargained with Microsoft and were able to get them to give in to some of their demands resulting in more favorable licensing terms.. Again, this is rumor, but I remember seeing a couple posts on the list about this. Anyone else hear about this?
