Elmer, RE: "How would you identify a company that is the low cost producer in an industry ??" It could be the one who is posting huge profits or it could be the one who keeps posting huge losses. As I clearly explained to both Paul and Yousef, "low cost producer" is not something you can determine from financial statements. The price at which the product is sold is as critical a factor in profitability. This is not complicated stuff. I feel rather poorly about "talking down" to you on this subject, but it is extremely simple yet overlooked. Bob
