I also don't know what the hell PT is talking about. And I'm sure that Terry doesn't either, so that makes a bunch of us. :)

Sending a "legal advisory letter" to the company would be of absolutely no benefit to anybody. I'm sure that they already know that Terry is pissed, and so that removes the one purpose that it might serve. If they've broken any laws, rest assured they already know which laws they've broken, and don't need a "legal advisory letter" to tell them that.

As I understand it, Terry has no intention of filing a lawsuit at this time. He just wants to talk to an attorney who specializes in this sort of thing, so that he and whoever may join him is ready when and if the time comes. Explore what kind of a lawsuit or other action (perhaps criminal charges) might be taken, get a feel for what chance it might have for success. Perhaps see if somebody will agree to take the case on a contingency basis. (VERY difficult to do for a penny stock, I'd bet, though - not enough money in it to make it worth their while.)

PT keeps trying to get him to put that off, which is NOT prudent. Doing some preliminary work can not do any harm.

I hardly think the basis of any lawsuit would be "not having enough PR". I rather suspect it would be based on the company's total abdication of it's fiduciary duty to it's shareholders, self-dealing on the part of certain individuals, etc. Quite more serious matters than "not having enough PR."

Terry - do talk to Milberg Weiss. I've heard good things about them, and they are very prominent in this field. They also have an office here in San Diego, which could be of some benefit in dealing with our friend Pattison. I could be wrong, but I do think you are going to have a tough time getting somebody to take on a penny stock, though. But start at the top, and see how far down the food chain you have to go before you find somebody who will go after a penny.
