More news....but not much: Loan agreement Stirrup Creek Gold Ltd SGU Shares issued 5,056,300 Sep 2 close $0.15 Thu 3 Sept 98 News Release Mr. Larry Reaugh reports The company has entered into an agreement to borrow $22,100 (U.S.) from three investors to be repaid in one year. The terms of the loan are 8 per cent interest per year and a bonus of the number of shares at the lowest deemed price allowable by the exchange which will be valued in total of 20 per cent of the principal amount of the loan.
