To be fair, I think the issue is pertinent, but also it is something to be taken into context.

Many small development companies often have lousy credit ratings until they are able to reach the point of viability, often times paying off debt through the issuance of stock.

From my perspective, bringing to light past civil actions add flavor to the analysis, but is not the end-all/be-all to whether this company is viable, credible, and worthy of risking investment dollars.

This knowledge might limit my investment in AZNT, but would not be enough to prevent take any risk should others issues be rectified or shown to be credible.
