Troy: Tangram is not a large company and it doesn't make the news very much, and when it does, it is usually the local news here in Raleigh/Durham. I wouldn't be surprised if the companies that have signed up for Asset Insight recently (and have done so through resellers) are not even aware of the lawsuit. It all depends on how competent and thorough the MIS person for the buying company is. Let's hope these guys are too busy worry about the Y2K problem and don't notice the suit!! Walter High
