OK guys, are you ready for the imminent action?!

With LU scheduled to exit the blocks in October chasing additional networking pieces to their puzzle, look for Cisco, Compaq, Ericson, Nortel, and possibly even Ascend make some moves BEFORE then! September could very well be a VERY active month for the networking industry!

I can't imagine why anyone of these companies looking to grow would wait until the Gorilla is let loose! Especially since we now see excellent value in the sector since the market correction! I'm really pulling for CPQ to do a deal this month with CS, this would reunite the pieces of Digital and go a long way towards completing CPQ's end to end restructuring!

Cisco is the wild card in all of this...with $8 billion in sales compared to LU's $30, they have a pressing need to size up substantially over the next year or so!

$tar.
