Mr. Reece,
Anyone can reference the SEC reports regarding your travails with the SEC.
For you Mr. Reece I will share why I feel your comrads Mr. Mitchell and Ms. Shell have been less that forthright concerning "arbitration Hearings" between Wellrich & AZNT and a "judgement" they claim against AZNT.
I posted long ago about Mr. Peter Schurer. He was a broker for Wellrich. AZNT had a contract with Wellrich from 2/97 - 5/97. Schurer left Wellrich in May of '97. At that point Wellrich was no longer able to act as a brokerage/ securities dealer. Since there was no longer a binding legal contract, there could be no arbitration, no contract, no arbitration.
Wellrich 'cold-called' a potential AZNT shareholder who was on a lead-list. They sold this investor $150K stock with a commision fee of $50K. Since Wellrich was not licensed to sell securities, since Mr. Schurer had left, there was no commission to be had by Wellrich.

As far as Mr. Martin's claim about not disclosing any land owned by AZNT in their SEC filings/financials, the company can only book land they purchased, the land was donated to AZNT. Mr. Martin was wrong again.

I hope you and your fellow bashers are now happy that I 'shared' a wee bit to everyone.

Good Evening
