Dollar Falls Against Yen As Asian Stocks Surge "I'm bearish on the dollar because so many investors are closing their yen carry trades to compensate for losses in emerging markets" bloomberg.com Terry, sheds light on yet another way IMF funding, to the extent successful, keeps a strong dollar. Also interesting is Rubin's comment that the strong dollar policy has not changed. Obviously, the market HAS changed.
